You are at the right place if you are looking for the best engineered products! We develop and manufacture everything in house using the latest manufacturing and design technologies. We focus on providing a competetive advantage at the highest level in both cycling and motorsports.

Having worked on high end sports products like dataloggers, carbon fiber aero parts and developing the tools used for manufacturing like developing the latest generation of 3D printers we decided to use the knowledge gained to develop the best parts using the latest in tech. We only sell what we use ourselves and where we feel we offer something that can not be found elsewhere. 

We have extensive experience and the ability to do in house:

  • CNC machining (4 axis parts, molds)
  • 3D printing engineering and high temp carbon fiber composite thermoplastics, metals like alluminium magnesium alloys, 17-4 stainles and even titanium or Inconel
  • 3D scanning
  • Carbon fiber composites, we have the facility to make up to motorbike sized carbon fiber parts using the best fibers that are not even commercially available.

  • Structural and flow dynamics simulation (FEM and CFD)

This enables us to do series production using the most advanced materials/technologies and first time right bespoke projects.

Also I (Bob Stöpler) am very active in motorsport as a data/race engineer to help drivers get the best out of themselves and their equipment.
