Handlebars, pushbike frames, rims for both push bikes and motorbikes, helmets, saddles, custom control systems etc. I have developed and modified it both custom made or for mass production. Not just parts out of carbon fiber. Cold forging, 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal are all part of the possibilities.

Using the latest technologies it has recently become possible to make accurate custom parts at decent prices (keep in mind, a one off custom carbon fiber part is still not cheap). In the past most carbon fiber parts needed expensive tooling that can now be printed while the print can now also replace for instance internal sandwich structures (like nomex honeycomb, foam or aluminium inserts). This makes it possible to iterate quickly and have your tooling available in day's instead of months. Also with now having methodes to use FEM and CFD analyses in a consistent manner allowing us to get the layup and shape right the first time (for not to safety critical parts).

Having in house manufacturing capabilities makes us very efficient. We can weld aluminum, stainless and titanium, 3D print carbon fiber thermoplastics and metals like aluminum magnesium alloys or even Inconel! We have also got our own 4 axis CNC machining center and all facilities required to manufacture the best carbon fiber parts using the best fibers (that are not even commercially available).
